Let us endure…

Sin dwells in all of us. It will remain there until we die. Those who walk by the flesh continue to sin; those who walk by the Spirit do not. ‘For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death,’ Romans 8:3.

1 Corinthians 10:13,

13 No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, that you may be able to endure it.

Hebrews 12:1-3,

1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let US also lay aside every encumbrance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let US run with endurance the race that is set before us,

2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

3 For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you may not grow weary and lose heart.
